Individual will act as the first point of contact for everyone in the ecosystem (Insurer, channel
partner and Sales team)
• Person will be responsible policy issuance, sharing quotations, handling channel escalations
within predefined TAT.
• Own post policy issuance process including submission of documents, payment instrument etc.
• Ensure that all internal systems are updated in a timely manner ensuring reconciliation
• Coordinate with local insurer to ensure smooth running of business
Desired qualification and experience
• Graduation in any stream
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency and fluency in English & Hindi
