Job Description:

Erode Medical Centre is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Insurance Staff to manage and coordinate all hospital insurance-related activities. The candidate should have experience in handling CM Insurance and Private Insurance processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all insurance-related documentation and approvals (CM Insurance & Private Insurance).
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPA, and patients for claim settlements.
• Verify patient eligibility and ensure timely submission of pre-authorization and claim documents.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance claims and payments.
• Assist patients in understanding insurance coverage and processes.
• Work closely with billing and accounts departments for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Good knowledge of Chief Minister’s Insurance (CM Insurance) and Private Insurance procedures.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital insurance/billing preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Hospital Management System).

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
