Insurance Sales Specialist

As an Insurance Sales Advisor at our company, you will be responsible for advising and executing the sale of insurance products, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing brokerage services for the assigned vertical. You should have experience in insurance sales and customer service, along with a strong knowledge of health insurance products. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills will play a crucial role in your success in this role. An understanding of insurance regulations is essential, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Preference will be given to individuals who are Broker Qualified. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your achievements. The ideal candidate will have a total of 3 years of work experience, with an IRDA License being preferred. The work location for this role is in person.
