Job Description

Responsibilities:

Drive sales of insurance products through direct sales and relationship building.
Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM systems.
Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry trends.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Collaborate with the internal team for smooth policy processing and issue resolution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
