As a Relationship Manager - Bancassurance at Ageas Federal Life Insurance, your role will involve managing life insurance sales through assigned Bank branches in locations like Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Pala, Thiruvalla, and Idukki. You will be responsible for coordinating between the Bank and the company from lead generation to policy conversion, as well as dealing with walk-in customers to sell them life insurance policies. The channel partner for this role is Federal Bank, and the salary is open for the perfect candidate. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads from in-branch lead generators, bank customer database, and walk-in customers. - Make appointments to explore customers' financial needs in life-related investment and insurance areas. - Select appropriate products from the company's range to meet these needs and gain customer agreement to purchase. - Accurately complete sales documentation. - Build a good customer base for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. - Obtain referrals to further prospects where appropriate. - Facilitate the completion of medical reports and ensure prompt issuance of policy documents. - Adhere to the company sales process and submit various reports in a timely manner. Qualifications Required: - Age limit up to 33 years. - Any Degree or Diploma with 3 years of experience.
