Insurance Processor-Back Office-Policy Administration

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promptly performing both financial and non-financial administrative transactions that occur during the duration of a policy/contract. Your role involves identifying, investigating, evaluating, obtaining, and utilizing critical information required to accurately perform administrative transactions on a policy/contract. You will verbally communicate and correspond with outside customers to convey requirements, handle processing transactions on multiple product lines, document all calls clearly and concisely, complete follow-up work, identify areas of potential risk for the company including potential fraud, and analyze all incoming documents for appropriateness and completeness. Key Responsibilities: - Promptly perform both financial and non-financial administrative transactions during the duration of a policy/contract - Identify, investigate, evaluate, obtain, and utilize critical information required for accurate administrative transactions - Verbally communicate and correspond with outside customers to convey requirements - Handle processing transactions on multiple product lines - Document all calls clearly and concisely and complete follow-up work - Identify areas of potential risk for the company, including potential fraud - Analyze all incoming documents for appropriateness and completeness and determine whether transaction can be processed - Serve as the 1st approver for financial transactions - Answer customer inquiries Qualifications Required: - Strong attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions - Previous experience in financial or administrative transactions preferred - Knowledge of risk assessment and fraud detection is a plus,
