Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Maintain and manage an internal dashboard to ensure accurate client data alignment with insurance carriers.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate and confirm insurance enrollments.
Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies by working with product, support, and engineering teams.
Innovate and optimize insurance data confirmation processes for improved efficiency and scalability.

Role Responsibilities:

Serve as the liaison between Rippling, health insurance carriers, and clients to ensure data integrity.
Execute day-to-day insurance operations with a focus on attention to detail and process accuracy.
Become a subject matter expert in insurance operations and contribute to operational improvements.
