Job Description

Position: Insurance Officer
Location: Volkswagen Thrissur

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end motor insurance processes (new policies & renewals).
Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, and endorsements.
Guide customers on insurance coverage, claims, and renewal options.
Assist sales and service teams with insurance-related support.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records and reports of policies and claims.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably with insurance background).
1–3 years of experience in motor insurance handling (auto dealership experience an advantage).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of IRDAI regulations and insurance products.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
