Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will primarily be responsible for Policy Management, Claims Management, Internal stakeholder management, VAS & Technical audit management, Periodical risk assessment, GL ownership, and tracking policies for various entities and vendors. Your key responsibilities will include: - Policy Management - Claims Management - Internal stakeholder management - VAS & Technical audit management - Periodical risk assessment - GL ownership - Tracking policies and proactively seeking timely proposals for various entities - Tracking vendor policies as per contract - Ensuring coordination with advisory for VAS - Maintaining monthly reconciliation trackers for assets, employee count, stock, sales for endorsement - Exploring VAS services To excel in this role, you should possess the following essential attributes: - Out of the box thinking to deal with complex problem statements - Strong problem-solving skills - Highly motivated, with critical thinking abilities, open communication, and a team player mindset - Ability to work independently for daily troubleshooting - Drive for innovation The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.,
