As a Guidewire Policy Center Support Engineer at EY, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting applications, conducting testing, managing deployments, and performing root cause analysis and defect fixes. You must be flexible to work in shifts and provide on-call support. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing Guidewire Policy Center Support and Maintenance for 6-8 years. - Proficiently maintaining applications, conducting testing, and managing deployments. - Designing, modifying, and implementing the Guidewire product suite. - Deep understanding of Guidewire framework Policy Centre, implementation, architecture, and components. - Must have Guidewire Policy Center 9.0 version + technical/functional/cloud certification. - Well-versed in development streams - Configuration/Integration/Both. - Strong knowledge in Guidewire platform (Gosu scripting/UI/Data Model). - Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, web services, API integration. - Experience in production support activities and tools like Service-now, JIRA, soap-UI, etc. - Understanding service management, change management activities, and SLAs. - Exposure to incident management, problem management, SDLC life cycle, release planning, and management. - Working knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, XML, Web Services, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, etc. At EY, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and global delivery network, collaborating with teams from various locations and service lines.
