Job Description

  • Manage the insurance desk operations for inpatient and outpatient cases.
  • Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for pre-authorization and final approval.
  • Guide patients and attendants through the insurance claim process.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain all patient insurance documents.
  • Prepare and submit insurance claim forms in a timely manner.
  • Maintain daily and monthly MIS reports of insurance claims and settlements.
  • Resolve queries from patients, attendants, and TPAs regarding claim status.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance and hospital policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
