Your primary role will involve conducting thorough investigations, evaluating claims, and settling complex issues while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. You will be tasked with investigating claims related to logistics, including cargo damage, transportation losses, and warehouse incidents. This will require gathering and analyzing evidence from inspections, interviews, and documentation. Additionally, you will assess the extent of damages or losses, determine liability, and calculate accurate settlements based on industry practices and policy coverage. Your responsibilities will also include preparing detailed reports, maintaining comprehensive records of all claim-related activities, and engaging in negotiations with claimants, carriers, and other stakeholders to reach fair and equitable settlements.
