Insurance Claim Adjuster

Role Overview: You will be a part of our claims and risk management team in the logistics and transportation sector as an Insurance Adjuster. This role is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are detail-oriented and motivated to grow in a dynamic industry. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in processing insurance claims related to cargo, freight, and fleet incidents under the supervision of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the intake, documentation, and investigation of insurance claims including cargo loss/damage, auto incidents, and general liability. - Review and collect relevant documents such as bills of lading, delivery receipts, incident reports, and photographs. - Collaborate closely with senior adjusters and internal teams (operations, safety, legal) to comprehend claim processes. - Ensure accuracy and completeness by maintaining and updating claims in the management system. - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and insurance partners to provide updates on claim status and discuss next steps. - Acquire and apply insurance concepts related to logistics and freight operations. - Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends and suggesting enhancements. Qualification Required: - Experience in insurance verification for at least 1 year is required. - Ability to handle US customers is a plus.
