Insurance Agent

As an Insurance Agent, your role will involve generating new business by contacting potential customers and selling, soliciting, differentiating, and negotiating insurance plans that align with the needs of your assigned or prospective customers portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing marketing strategies and promoting all types of new insurance contracts or suggesting additions/changes to existing ones - Building productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources through networking, cold calling, and referrals - Evaluating the needs and financial status of business or individual customers and proposing protection plans that meet their criteria In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be required to work full-time, part-time, permanent, as a fresher, for an internship, or as a freelance agent. The benefits of this position include the flexibility to work from home. The work schedule may involve day shifts, Monday to Friday, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are also part of the compensation package. Please note that the work location for this position is in person.
