Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent located in Brahmapur, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Insurance Agent will engage with new and existing clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products, including life and health insurance. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, managing policy renewals, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves promoting LIC insurance products and helping clients achieve long-term financial security.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance, Insurance Sales, and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of financial planning, investments, and products within the insurance and finance industries
• Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain trusted client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and ability to achieve sales targets
• Basic computer and online communication skills
• Previous experience in insurance or finance sectors is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
