Role Description

This is a part time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, based in Udupi with the flexibility of some remote work. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing expert financial and insurance advice, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance products to meet customer needs. Daily responsibilities include understanding customer financial goals, conducting detailed financial reviews, assisting clients with claims and policy-related concerns, and supporting business growth activities aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of insurance and financial services, with the ability to offer customized solutions based on client needs
• Proven customer service and consultation skills to build and sustain long-term relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
• Prior experience in the insurance, finance, or consulting industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
• Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the local market of Udupi is an advantage
