Job Description

As an Insurance Adjuster in our logistics and transportation domain, you will have the opportunity to support our claims and risk management team. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the intake, documentation, and investigation of insurance claims such as cargo loss/damage, auto incidents, and general liability - Collecting and reviewing relevant documents like bills of lading, delivery receipts, incident reports, and photographs - Working closely with senior adjusters and internal teams (operations, safety, legal) to understand claim processes - Maintaining and updating claims in the management system with accuracy and completeness - Communicating with clients, vendors, and insurance partners regarding claim status and next steps - Learning and applying insurance concepts relevant to logistics and freight operations - Helping identify trends and contributing to process improvements Qualifications required for this role include: - 1 year of experience in insurance verification - Knowledge of handling US customers is preferred This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
