1 should have knowledge in reading and understanding of PLC logic diagram, P & ID,
2 Should be capable of handling day to day breakdown, PM, CM,planning for manpower
3 Knowledge of SAP is preferable
4 Knowledge & Hands on experience for Maintenance of equipment like Flow meter, Temperature indicator, Level switch, PID controller, pressure transmeter, Solenoid valve, Load cell, proximity sensor etc
5 Must have knowledge of PLC/HMI logic diagram, programming
6 Should have experience and worked in Boilers, MEE, Chillers, Brine & Cooling tower
7 Ensuring smooth operation of plant and timely conduct audit for checking of safe and healthy operation of instrumentation equipments.
8 Conduct tool box talk to contactor and technician for work execution on daily basis.
9 should have experience of handling plant during shift duty
10 Performs Fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and solving daily problem, failures analysis continuous improvement
11 Timely closure of identified points related to RCA, Modification,
12 Hands on knowledge of calibration of process intruments,load cell,weight scale etc
13 Hands on experience of trouble shooting,handling,modification & operation of Fire alarm system in the plant
14 PLC/HMI Developing New Programming Logics and Application as per production requirement.
