2. Installation & Calibration

• Supervise the installation of instrumentation and control systems.
  
• Calibrate sensors and instruments to ensure accuracy.
  

3. System Integration

• Integrate instruments with control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, DCS).
  
• Ensure smooth communication between devices and systems.
  

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform preventive maintenance of instruments.
  
• Diagnose and rectify faults or performance issues in instruments and control systems.
  

5. Process Optimization

• Analyze data from sensors and instruments to improve process efficiency.
  
• Implement automation solutions for enhanced productivity.
  

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure systems comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  
• Create documentation such as manuals, wiring diagrams, and calibration records.
  

Required Skills

• Technical Knowledge

  : Sensors, transmitters, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, HMI, control valves, signal conditioning.

• Analytical Skills

  : Ability to analyze system behavior and troubleshoot.

• Software Skills

  : MATLAB, LabVIEW, AutoCAD, programming in ladder logic or structured text.

• Project Management

  : Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of instrumentation projects.

• Attention to Detail

  : Precision in measurement and calibration tasks.
