As an Instructor Manager at Accenture, we are seeking an individual with 12+ years of experience in learning and development, focusing on global training programs. It is essential to have a strong domain experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or user safety environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and delivering effective training solutions for large, distributed teams. Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and modern training tools is crucial. The role requires excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, along with strong analytical and project management abilities. A bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree. Your responsibilities as an Instructor Manager will include: Training Strategy & Program Development: Design and execute a comprehensive global training strategy aligned with business goals. Develop engaging training content across various modalities. Conduct regular training needs assessments and collaborate with SMEs. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Lead and facilitate training for global Trust & Safety teams. Implement train-the-trainer programs and use diverse instructional methods. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement: Manage training materials library and evaluate training effectiveness. Adapt and refine content based on feedback and performance metrics. Stakeholder Engagement & Team Leadership: Partner with various teams to align training initiatives with business priorities. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and mentor a team of training professionals.
