Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with expertise in corporate learning design for international clients. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing client needs, designing effective learning solutions, and creating engaging instructional materials. Your focus will be on developing innovative and learner-centric training programs that align with organizational goals and meet the needs of a diverse, global workforce. Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and define learning objectives. Conduct thorough needs analysis and assessments to determine the most appropriate instructional strategies and content delivery methods. Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and interactive multimedia elements. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create learner-centric and performance-driven training programs. Incorporate interactive elements, scenarios, and simulations to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Ensure the effective integration of multimedia elements, such as audio, video, and graphics, to support the learning experience. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, and consistency of the instructional materials. Collaborate with project teams, including graphic designers, eLearning developers, and multimedia specialists, to ensure the successful implementation of the learning solutions. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in instructional design and corporate learning. Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a focus on corporate learning and development. Strong understanding of instructional design models, adult learning principles, and learning management systems. Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. Experience in designing and developing interactive and engaging eLearning modules and blended learning solutions. Knowledge of multimedia production tools, graphic design principles, and video editing software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at an international level. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of diverse client industries and cultures.
