Instore Sales Executive

As a Technical Support Expert at Onsitego, your role will involve providing after-sales services to customers for a variety of electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, printers, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to assist users in resolving common technical issues, offering tips on product optimization, and providing training on newly purchased products. Additionally, you will be expected to utilize your selling skills to pitch and sell our warranty plans to customers at store level. Your ability to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our services will be crucial in delivering a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist users in troubleshooting common technical problems and offer guidance on product usage. - Conduct product training sessions for customers who have recently made a purchase. - Utilize your selling skills to pitch and sell warranty plans to customers at the store level. - Use the knowledge base (Knowmax) to find solutions for customers" technical issues, updating the database as needed. - Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the Modern Trade Store industry. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and Hindi while interacting face-to-face with customers. - Possess strong troubleshooting abilities and a good understanding of product functionalities and internet usage.
