Institute Trainer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team with data analysis and automation.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Record journal entries, prepare ledgers, and maintain account books.
• Generate and analyze financial reports, GST reports, and TDS returns using Tally.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor/customer accounts.
• Use Advanced Excel to prepare financial models, dashboards, and pivot reports.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Excel formulas/macros.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and data.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable cycles.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and reports.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime – including voucher entry, reconciliation, inventory management, and statutory compliance.
• VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH
• Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
• Conditional Formatting
• Data Validation
• Macros (optional but preferred)
• Power Query / Power Pivot (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
