We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with strong proficiency in Tally ERP and Advanced Excel . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day accounting activities, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team with data analysis and automation. Handle day-to-day accounting operations in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime . Record journal entries, prepare ledgers, and maintain account books. Generate and analyze financial reports, GST reports, and TDS returns using Tally. Reconcile bank statements and manage vendor/customer accounts. Use Advanced Excel to prepare financial models, dashboards, and pivot reports. Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using Excel formulas/macros. Support internal and external audits with required documentation and data. Monitor accounts payable and receivable cycles. Assist in monthly/quarterly/year-end closings and reports. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime – including voucher entry, reconciliation, inventory management, and statutory compliance. VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts Conditional Formatting Data Validation Macros (optional but preferred) Power Query / Power Pivot (preferred) Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory tax filings.
