Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 (In-Hand) + Lucrative Incentives

About the Role – Inside Sales Specialist

We’re on the lookout for energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our sales force. If you’re passionate about selling and have the hunger to exceed targets, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Initiate outbound calls to interested leads and prospects
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product information
• Overcome objections with confidence and clarity
• Drive conversions and ensure successful deal closures
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum Experience: 1 year in hardcore telesales or outbound calling
• Education: 12th pass or higher
• Languages: Fluent in Hindi or Gujarati (English is a bonus)
• Traits: Confident, persuasive, goal-oriented, and resilient
