Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative drives sales of IT products and solutions by generating leads and building customer relationships. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Cold-call prospects generated by external lead sources.
  • Identify decision makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and expand sales opportunities within the client base.
  • Collaborate with Sales Supervisors and Account Managers to define strategic sales approaches.
  • Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where applicable.
  • Maintain and expand the companys database of prospects.
  • Ensure follow-up by handing over leads to Account Managers with calls-to-action, timelines, complete profiles, sources, etc.

Qualifications

  • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
