Inside Sales Specialist (B2B SaaS/ERP/CRM Sales)

You are a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with 2-5 years of experience in selling IT software, solutions, or SaaS products. Your main responsibility will be generating new business, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with potential customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing relevant product solutions, and driving revenue growth. You will identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels. Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal will be crucial. Delivering product presentations and demos, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and understanding customer pain points to position IT software/solutions/SaaS as the best-fit solution are key aspects of your job. Your success will be measured by achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets. It is important to keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. Collaboration with marketing, customer success, and technical teams is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth onboarding. Additionally, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM systems is vital. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 3-7 years of inside sales experience, preferably in IT software, SaaS, or solutions sales. You must have proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to quickly understand technical products and present them effectively.
