Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update the lead database on a regular basis.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable products/services.

2. Sales Conversion

• Handle inbound queries and follow up on generated leads.
• Present company offerings and explain technical details (if required).
• Convert leads into qualified opportunities and assist in closing deals.

3. Client Communication & Coordination

• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or site visits for senior sales managers.
• Resolve basic client queries and escalate issues when required.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails.
• Maintain daily sales reports, call logs, and customer information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
