Position Overview: Learning Advisor – Inside Sales

We’re seeking fresh graduates and professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about education, career counseling, and consultative sales. As a Learning Advisor, you’ll engage with prospective learners to help them choose the right programs to meet their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with 80–100 potential learners daily via phone and video calls
• Understand each learner’s educational background, professional goals, and skill gaps
• Recommend relevant upskilling programs based on personalized needs
• Support enrollment efforts and contribute to weekly/monthly revenue target
• Maintain accurate records of communication and follow-ups using CRM tools

Who Should Apply:

• Freshers looking to build a career in EdTech sales and guidance
• Professionals with 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales or educational counseling
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about helping others succeed
• Willing to work from our Thane office

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Prior experience in sales, career counseling, or EdTech is a plus
