Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Understand customer requirements and position suitable
cloud solutions
(AWS, etc.)
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the technical sales team
Maintain and update CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce) with accurate customer data
Collaborate with marketing for lead nurturing and campaigns
Follow up with prospects through the sales cycle and drive closures
Meet weekly and monthly sales KPIs (calls, demos, conversions)
Provide feedback from prospects to the product and marketing teams
Prepare and share sales proposals or quotations as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
12 years of experience in
Inside Sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like
AWS, etc
Experience using CRM and sales automation tools
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Ability to handle objections and explain technical products simply

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner) are a plus
Experience working in a B2B SaaS or IT services environment
Prior experience in working with partner ecosystems (e.g., AWS Partners)
