Inside Sales Pre Sales Executive

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Pre-Sales Executive/Manager, your main responsibility will be to engage with potential B2B school clients over phone/email, generated through digital campaigns and online research. You will need to qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget, and decision-making timelines. Additionally, conducting web-based research to generate new leads and maintaining accurate records of conversations in CRM will be crucial. You will work closely with the support team to schedule product demos and coordinate with the field sales team for follow-ups and closures. Sharing relevant product and curriculum solution information with school stakeholders will also be part of your role.
