Inside Sales Pre Sales Executive

The Inside Sales Pre-Sales Executive/Manager position based in Hyderabad requires engaging with potential B2B school clients through phone/email, qualifying leads, conducting web-based research, and maintaining detailed records in CRM. The role also involves coordinating with the support team, working closely with the field sales team, and sharing product information with school stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators include a minimum of 80-100 tele-calls per day, generating 25-30 qualified leads per week, achieving a 20% conversion rate of leads to demos, ensuring daily CRM data accuracy, and responding to leads within 2 working hours. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B EdTech sales, be a graduate (MBA preferred), possess excellent English communication skills, telecalling experience in a target-driven environment, proficiency in web research and CRM tools, and strong interpersonal and convincing skills. Social media marketing knowledge is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, provident fund, and work-from-home opportunities.
