Job Description

Key Responsibilities of Inside Sales: 1. Lead Generation & Qualification Research and identify potential customers. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on set criteria. 2. Customer Engagement Make outbound calls/emails to potential clients. Respond to customer inquiries promptly. Build strong relationships with prospects. 3. Sales Presentations & Demos Present and demonstrate products/services virtually. Tailor presentations based on customer needs. 4. Sales Closure Negotiate and close deals over the phone or email. Follow up consistently to drive conversion. 5. CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates. 6. Collaboration Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead nurturing. Liaise with customer support or product teams as needed. 7. Upselling & Cross-selling Identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products/services. 8. Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
