Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients. Identify sales opportunities through market research and lead generation activities. Present and explain products/services to potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information. Handle customer objections effectively and close deals. Provide feedback and insights to improve sales processes and strategies. Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver an excellent customer experience. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with strong sales skills. Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. Must own a personal laptop.
