Key Requirements: ● Experience: Minimum 6 month of experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role. ● Communication: Strong verbal communication skills are essential. ● Financial Knowledge: Prior experience in tele-sales within the financial industry, particularly loans and credit, is preferred. ● Specialized Knowledge: Familiarity with secured loans, unsecured loans, and CIBIL is crucial. ● BFSI Sales: Experience in the business loan is Mandatory. Working Hours: ● Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Interview Process: ● Physical interview.
