Key Responsibilities
* Call potential customers and explain Lane’s driving programs.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
* Follow up with leads and close enrollments.
* Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
* Coordinate with the operations team.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
* Any graduate.
* Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales/BD experience.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and sales targets.
* Basic knowledge of CRM or spreadsheets.
* English and Hindi are mandatory; regional languages are an advantage.
* Working Days: 6 days a week (1 rotational weekly off).
* Shift Timings: 9 AM–6 PM / 10 AM–7 PM / 11 AM–8 PM.
* Work Mode: Work from office.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
