Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing Navratan team. The ideal candidate will manage leads and convert them into sales across multiple channels, including email, WhatsApp, and inbound calls. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, understands customer needs, and is passionate about building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.

Understand customer needs and guide them through product details and offerings.

Build rapport with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction throughout the buying process.

Follow up on leads promptly and professionally to maximise conversions.

Coordinate with the operations and marketing team to ensure a smooth client experience.

Maintain daily updates on lead status and communications in the CRM system.

Requirements:1-2 years of experience in sales or client handling (Jewelry/luxury industry is a plus).

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).

Confidence to handle clients independently and across various platforms.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling, and WhatsApp Business).

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first approach.
