Key Responsibilities

Inbound Support: Answer customer queries via phone calls, emails, live chat, or ticketing systems.
Issue Resolution: Diagnose problems, provide accurate product or service information, and de-escalate customer complaints.
Ticket Management: Log, track, and update customer interaction records in CRM or support software (such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or Freshdesk).
Follow-Ups: Contact customers to verify that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Escalate complex technical or billing problems to specialized internal teams

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
