Job Summary:

Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries
Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to prospects
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to convert leads into opportunities
Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales progress, and client feedback
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
