Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through digital platforms.
• Connect with potential customers interested in clear aligners and smile correction services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable MakeO toothsi products and services.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Explain treatment benefits, procedures, pricing, and available offers.
• Handle customer objections and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Build strong product knowledge and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach in all interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–5 years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales.
• Education: Graduate; freshers can apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to handle sales objections and close deals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
