Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell IT training and professional certification programs, primarily focusing on Red Hat courses.
The role involves handling both B2B and B2C sales, connecting with individual learners, working professionals, businesses, and corporate clients to generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into paid enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2C enquiries from students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients, including companies and corporate organizations.
- Promote IT training programs and Red Hat certifications through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
- Understand customer and corporate training requirements.
- Present suitable training programs to individual learners and business clients.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate, and close sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and corporate clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates using Excel or CRM tools.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience in IT training, educational services, or selling professional courses is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
