Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate business from the office by connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant digital marketing services, and converting qualified leads into customers.

The role involves handling sales conversations through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consistent follow-up approach, and the ability to explain digital marketing services clearly while managing prospects throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned channels.
• Understand client business requirements, challenges, and marketing goals.
• Recommend suitable services, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website design and development, social media management, and related digital marketing solutions.
• Explain company services, case studies, and proposed solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up with interested prospects to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward.
• Handle client questions, basic objections, and initial sales discussions.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, service presentations, and commercial discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions in the CRM or assigned tracking system.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients and contribute toward sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and post-conversion handover when required.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, IT sales, digital marketing sales, or service sales will be preferred.
• Experience working with a digital marketing agency, IT company, web development company, or B2B service business will be an advantage.

Role Objective

To convert prospective clients into customers through effective inside sales, clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professional presentation of the company's digital marketing services.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
