Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, recommend suitable digital marketing services, and convert qualified opportunities through calls and consistent follow-up.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to explain digital marketing solutions clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned communication channels.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and challenges to identify suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Explain services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website design and development, social media management, and related services.
• Present company services, case studies, and relevant solutions in a clear and professional manner.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
• Respond to client questions, address basic objections, and identify opportunities to move discussions forward.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, and sales discussions with the relevant team members.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, lead status, follow-up dates, and next actions in the CRM or assigned tracking system.
• Qualify prospects based on their requirements, interest, and suitability for the company's services.
• Convert qualified prospects into paying clients and work toward assigned sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams after conversion to support a smooth client handover.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in inside sales, telesales, digital marketing sales, IT sales, or service-based sales will be preferred.

• Candidates who can manage multiple prospects, maintain organized follow-ups, and work toward sales targets.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency, IT company, web development company, or B2B service company will be an advantage.
