Job Description
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert business opportunities into sales for our digital marketing services. The role involves outbound calling, online prospecting, understanding client requirements, presenting suitable services, and managing follow-ups to close deals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify and contact potential clients, business owners, founders, and decision-makers through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other online channels
• Generate sales opportunities for Google Ads, SEO, social media management, website development, and related services
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up with prospects to understand their business and marketing requirements
• Qualify leads based on business needs, interest, budget, and potential fit
• Explain service offerings, benefits, and suitable solutions to prospective clients
• Schedule discovery calls and online meetings with interested prospects
• Handle basic sales objections, follow-ups, quotations, and proposal discussions
• Convert qualified leads into paying clients and maintain relationships with prospects
• Update lead details, call outcomes, follow-up schedules, and sales status in CRM or Google Sheets
• Coordinate with the business development and service delivery teams for client onboarding
• Work toward monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in inside sales, telesales, telecalling, lead conversion, or business development preferred.
