Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, explain our digital marketing services, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.

This is an office-based sales role involving client communication through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned channels. You will speak with potential clients, present suitable solutions, answer questions, follow up on interested prospects, and help generate new business for the company.

Our services include Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, website design and development, social media management, and other digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities1. Inside Sales & Client Communication

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned communication channels.
• Initiate professional sales conversations and introduce relevant company services.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, marketing needs, and expectations.
• Identify potential opportunities for digital marketing and website development services.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with business owners, decision-makers, and prospective customers.
• Maintain a helpful, customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

2. Digital Marketing Service Presentation

• Explain services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media management, website design, and website development.
• Understand the basic benefits of each service and explain how it may support a client's business objectives.
• Present company capabilities, relevant case studies, and suitable solutions.
• Recommend services based on client requirements rather than using a generic sales pitch.
• Answer basic questions about services, deliverables, and the next steps in the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal teams when technical details or additional information are required.

3. Lead Follow-Up & Sales Conversion

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain communication with potential clients who need additional information or time to make a decision.
• Understand client concerns and handle basic sales objections professionally.
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, and further sales discussions.
• Keep track of pending opportunities and take appropriate next steps.
• Convert qualified leads into clients and contribute to business growth.

4. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, lead status, and next actions.
• Update CRM software, spreadsheets, or internal sales tracking systems.
• Record important client requirements, objections, and discussions.
• Organize follow-up schedules to ensure that interested prospects are contacted on time.
• Track the progress of sales opportunities and report updates to the team.
• Maintain clear records to support effective lead management and sales planning.

5. Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams after a prospect becomes a client.
• Share client requirements, agreed service details, and relevant communication notes.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
• Seek clarification from the appropriate team when clients raise questions requiring technical or operational input.

Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, website design, and website development will be preferred.
