Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to handle prospective client communication, explain digital marketing services, and convert business opportunities into sales.

This is an office-based sales role involving client calls, lead qualification, requirement analysis, service presentations, follow-ups, pricing discussions, proposal coordination, negotiation, and sales closing.

You should be comfortable discussing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development with prospective clients and recommending suitable services based on their business goals.

Freshers can apply if they have a good understanding of digital marketing services and strong communication skills. Candidates applying as experienced professionals must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience. Internship experience does not count toward this requirement.

Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales & Client Communication

• Contact prospective clients over calls and understand their business requirements.
• Explain relevant digital marketing services and their business benefits.
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, objectives, and potential fit.
• Present suitable services clearly and professionally.
• Build positive client relationships through effective communication.

Digital Marketing Service Sales

• Discuss SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
• Understand different business categories and identify appropriate digital marketing solutions.
• Explain service scope, pricing, proposals, and expected business value without making unrealistic promises.
• Address client questions and handle sales objections professionally.

Follow-Ups & Sales Conversion

• Follow up with prospective clients consistently and professionally.
• Coordinate pricing discussions and proposals.
• Support negotiations and move qualified prospects toward a purchase decision.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Work toward defined sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Freshers are welcome to apply. The eligibility criteria differ for freshers and experienced candidates.

Freshers – No Professional Experience Required

Freshers can apply if they have:

• A good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
• An understanding of how digital marketing services address different business requirements.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing sales and service presentation.
• Good verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with prospective clients.
• The ability to understand client needs and explain suitable services clearly.
• A willingness to learn sales processes, manage follow-ups, and work toward targets.

Experienced Candidates – Minimum 6 Months Required

Candidates applying as experienced professionals must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience selling at least one of these services:

• SEO Services
• Google Ads Management
• Meta Ads Management
• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development

Important: Internship experience does not count toward the minimum 6 months of professional experience.

Experienced candidates must also demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of all five digital marketing service areas listed above.
• An understanding of selling digital marketing services across different business categories.
• Confidence in independently managing sales calls and client conversations.
• The ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
• Practical knowledge of pricing, proposals, follow-ups, negotiation, and sales closing.
• The ability to discuss previous sales performance using clear numbers, such as targets achieved, conversion rates, deals closed, or revenue generated.
