Job Description

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive – Digital Marketing to communicate with prospective clients, understand their business requirements, recommend suitable digital marketing services, and convert qualified opportunities into paying clients.

You will handle sales conversations from the office through phone calls and other communication channels, explain relevant services, discuss pricing and proposals, manage follow-ups, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process until closure.

Candidates must be comfortable discussing SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development and understanding how these services address different business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Client Outreach: Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other assigned communication channels.
• Requirement Analysis: Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, target audiences, and digital marketing requirements.
• Service Knowledge & Presentation: Explain SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development clearly and professionally.
• Solution Recommendation: Recommend relevant services based on the prospect’s business category, objectives, budget, and requirements.
• Lead Qualification: Assess client interest, requirements, budget suitability, and readiness to proceed.
• Sales Conversations: Communicate service value, answer client questions, and explain how digital marketing solutions can support business growth.
• Pricing & Proposal Discussions: Discuss pricing, service packages, proposals, and quotations with prospective clients.
• Follow-Up Management: Follow up consistently with interested prospects and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Objection Handling: Address client concerns, clarify doubts, and handle sales objections effectively.
• Negotiation & Closing: Support commercial discussions, negotiate within approved parameters, and convert qualified prospects into clients.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards assigned sales targets and maintain consistent sales activity.
• CRM & Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of client conversations, lead status, follow-ups, proposals, conversions, and next actions.
• Performance Reporting: Track sales activity and outcomes, and report performance against defined targets.

Experienced candidates must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience to qualify for experienced-level consideration.

Relevant professional sales experience must include selling at least one of the following services:

• SEO
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads
• Social Media Management
• Website Design & Development

Internship experience will not be counted towards the minimum 6 months of professional experience.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 6 months or more of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience can apply if they have:

• Professional sales experience in at least one of the five digital marketing service areas listed above.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of all five digital marketing services.
• A clear understanding of how digital marketing services are positioned and sold across different business categories.
• The ability to independently handle sales calls and client conversations.
• Experience working towards defined sales targets, with the ability to demonstrate actual performance.
• A clear understanding of pricing, proposals, follow-ups, negotiation, objection handling, and sales closing.
• The ability to present previous sales performance using measurable figures, including targets, conversions, and revenue contribution.
• Confidence in managing sales opportunities and maintaining accurate CRM records.
