Inside Sales Coordinator - IT Hardware

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator – IT Hardware to support our sales team by managing quotations, order processing, lead coordination, and OEM/vendor interactions. The candidate should also be comfortable handling inbound leads from platforms like Justdial & IndiaMART.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and follow up on inbound leads from Justdial, IndiaMART, website, and other lead portals.

Prepare and share IT hardware quotations (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Storage, Networking, Accessories).

Coordinate with OEMs & distributors (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.) for pricing and stock availability.

Support sales team in lead conversion, follow-ups, and closure support.

Manage order processing, PO coordination, and delivery tracking.

Maintain CRM, MIS reports, and lead status updates.

Communicate with clients regarding pricing, order status, and timelines.

Coordinate between sales, purchase, and logistics teams.

Assist in RFQs, tenders, and commercial documentation.

Required Skills

Experience in handling Justdial / IndiaMART leads.

Knowledge of IT hardware & infrastructure products.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with quotation & order management.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools.

Target-oriented mindset with lead conversion focus.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate (Any discipline).

Prior experience with IT hardware reseller / system integrator.

Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and commercial terms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
