Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator, located in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing inside sales activities, providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and processing orders. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, communicating effectively with clients, processing orders accurately and efficiently, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales and Order Processing
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction abilities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Relevant experience in sales or customer service roles
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector is a plus
