Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Nehru Place. The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer service inquiries, generating leads, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information, and working towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Account Management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
Open for Freshers

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 (CTC) per mont
